If for any reason you dont want your new products and you want to return them within 30 days of purchase, we will accept any unused, unwashed products in re-saleable condition and give you your money back (excluding postage costs)

We will not accept product returns that are used unless there is a fault with them or if we have made a prior arrangement with you where by we will replace the products at no charge.  The use of vinegar, or products with enzymes and Sodium Bicarbonate will eat away at the bamboo severly shortening the life of the nappies and will void your warranty.

We guarantee our products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Please Note: Seconds are non-returnable. All sales are final on discontinued and clearanced items. Discontinued items no longer available for sale on our site will not be accepted for return or exchange. This warranty is void if they have been purchased off a third party that is not a registered retailer with nappydays i.e.Trade me or secondhand.  We will require proof of the purchase date so keep your receipt. And all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Definition of a fault- An unexpected deterioration in the product that will shorten the lifespan or performance of the product.

For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will:

Give you a Refund;
Replace the goods;

Refunds or Credit Notes: may be given for returns of unwashed, unused items in original condition returned within 30 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable condition. We will require you to fill in a product return form which must be returned with the goods. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.

Replacement: We will replace products that are deemed to be faulty as long as they were purchased within the last six months. We will require you to fill in a product return form which must be returned with the goods. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.

Exchange of Un-used & Un-washed Products: All UN-USED, UNWORN and UNWASHED items may be exchanged for products of the same or greater value within 90 days of purchase. Any item that appears to be worn or washed or smells like it has been used or washed in detergent will be returned to sender with no exchange. Our pre-authorization is needed. We will require you to fill in our product exchange form and send it with your products for exchange along with your original reciept.
