Ordering
You can send your order on-line any time of the day or night using the shopping cart on our secure site. However, if you prefer, you can phone your order through on our toll free number 0800 868 726 or contact us via our Contact Us Page.
Payment
We offer the following payment options -
Direct deposit - Our direct deposit details are available when you place an order on our secure server order page. Please include your name as the identifier.
Credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) -
For your security we process all of our credit cards offline with our own eftpos machine.
All goods must be fully paid for before dispatch.
A receipt will be included with your purchases.
All transactions will be carried out in New Zealand dollars.
Lay By Option
We are able to offer a lay by system when you purchase goods valued over $150. Our Lay by allows you to spread your payment out over 3 months. Please Click here for more information about our layby terms if you would like to organise a layby for your purchase.
Delivery and Freight Charges
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment, except where an ordered item is out of stock.
We use regular Fastway Couriers ot New Zealand Couriers to deliver your order. Freight costs for delivery within New Zealand are automatically added to your online order at the checkout. A flat rate of $5.65 freight is charged for each order. However, if you are ordering a small or light item (eg. a PUL cover), please contact us to see if we can reduce the freight charges.
Please note that it is your responsibility to inform us if the delivery of your ordered goods should be late, damaged or incorrect. Our contact details are found on the Contact Us Page.
Back Orders
We endeavour to keep our on-line shopping site as up to date as possible, however, sometimes we cannot accurately forecast customer demand. In the event that you order a product that is not in stock, we will notify you by phone or email. With regards to payment, if you are paying by credit card, you will not be charged for any products on backorder until they are dispatched to you. Your payment will be refunded promptly if you cancel your backorder.
