Unless otherwise agreed, our products are supplied on the following terms.
Price
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to vary our prices from time to time.
Ordering
You can send your order on-line any time of the day or night using the shopping cart on our secure site. However, if you prefer, you can phone your order through on our toll free number 0800 868 726 or contact us via our Contact Us Page.
Delivery and Freight Charges
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment, except where an ordered item is out of stock.
We use regular Fastway Couriers ot New Zealand Couriers to deliver your order. Freight costs for delivery within New Zealand are automatically added to your online order at the checkout. A flat rate of $4.95 freight is charged for each order except we provide Free freight on breast pads.
Please note that it is your responsibility to inform us if the delivery of your ordered goods should be late, damaged or incorrect. Our contact details are found on the Contact Us Page.
Back Orders
We endeavour to keep our on-line shopping site as up to date as possible, however, sometimes we cannot accurately forecast customer demand. In the event that you order a product that is not in stock, we will notify you by phone or email. With regards to payment, if you are paying by credit card, you will not be charged for any products on backorder until they are dispatched to you. Your payment will be refunded promptly if you cancel your backorder.

YOUR 30-DAY NappyDays Nappy GUARANTEE
Our Nappies have a 30-day right of return guarantee, valid from the date of your purchase. This allows for the refund of the purchase price as paid by you (less a $20 packing & handling charge) and requires correct use of the nappies for a minimum period of thirty (30) days.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED BEFORE THIS THIRTY DAY PERIOD HAS ELAPSED.
The guarantee does not cover product damage caused by mistreatment or misuse on your part, nor does it cover products other than TotsBots Nappies. If you return a TotsBots Nappy under the terms of this guarantee, it must be accompanied by your Tax Invoice / Statement. Should you not provide this, your refund will be subject to a $25 administration fee. No refund can be issued without valid proof of purchase.
Please note that to validate your guarantee any Free or Bonus products must be returned or these products will be charged to you at full price.
The TOTS BOTS Guarantee.
We guarantee our products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Please Note: Seconds are non-returnable. All sales are final on discontinued and clearanced items. Discontinued items no longer available for sale on our site will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Definition of a fault- An unexpected deterioration in the product that will shorten the lifespan or performance of the product.
For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will:
Give you a Refund;
or
Replace the goods;
Refunds or Credit Notes: may be given for returns of unwashed, unused items in original condition returned within 30 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable condition. We will require you to fill in a product return form which must be returned with the goods. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.
Replacement: We will replace products that are deemed to be faulty as long as they were purchased within the last six months. We will require you to fill in a product return form which must be returned with the goods. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.
Exchange of Un-used & Un-washed Products: All UN-USED, UNWORN and UNWASHED items may be exchanged for products of the same value within 30 days of purchase. Any item that appears to be worn or washed or smells like it has been used or washed in detergent will be returned to sender with no exchange. Our pre-authorization is needed. We will require you to fill in our product exchange form and send it with your products for exchange along with your original reciept.

Use
We have used our best efforts to ensure that the products recommended and stocked by us are fit for their intended use, however, we do rely on the manufacturer's accurate information for us to assess their product. The customer is responsible for determining whether a particular product is fit for use in their circumstances.
