Our legal trading name is Consumer Brands Ltd T/A Nappy Days.  The name that will appear on your statement will be Nappy Days.

Unless otherwise agreed, our products are supplied on the following terms.
You can send your order on-line any time of the day or night using the shopping cart on our secure site. However, if you prefer, you can phone your order through on our toll free number 0800 868 726 or contact us via our Contact Us Page.
All goods must be fully paid for before dispatch - no exceptions

Cancellation of orders prior to shipping can be done by contacting info@nappydays.co.nz.  Cancelled orders will incur a 10% handling fee if cancelled prior to shipping.
Cancellation of orders post shipping is not possible however orders can be returned for a refund less 20% handling fee if returned unopened, undamaged and in a resalable condition. To return your unopened order please contact info@nappydays.co.nz before you return your order.

We offer the following payment options:
  • Direct deposit - Our direct deposit details are available when you place an order on our secure server order page. Please include your name as the identifier.
  • Credit card (Visa or Mastercard only)
Layby - With our Layby plan you can choose when and how much you pay.

The sooner you decide which nappies and accessories you need, the longer you have to pay for them.

Layby Terms & Conditions
  • Place your order online at www.nappydays.co.nz or over the phone on 0800 868 726
  • Minimum order value $250
  • You will need to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit when you place the order. You can pay via Internet Banking or Visa / Mastercard.
  • The remainder of the balance can be spread over up to six months; you can pay minimum $20 or more over the course of the six month period. Full payment is required before goods are dispatched.
  • Payment can be made by Internet Banking or Visa / Mastercard or by contacting us
  • Gift vouchers can also be used as payment towards your purchase – A great opportunity to get family and friends to help pay for your nappies
  • Layby cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer on on any nappies or products on sale.
  • Items will be shipped within 14 days after full payment is received.
  • If we do not receive your full payment after 6 months, we will contact you to review your payment plan.
  • Goods remain the property of Nappy Days until full payment is received.
  • Should you wish to cancel your easy payment plan and request a refund, your refund will be processed minus the 10% non-refundable deposit.
  • If an item has been discontinued or is no longer available the customer can either allocate the payment to another item or is entitled to a full refund of that products value at the time the product was originally purchased.
  • By completing a payment plan transaction, the Customer agrees that the information given is acceptable and correct and also agrees to the Nappy Days Layby Terms and Conditions. Orders will be packed upon receipt of a 10% Deposit.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to vary our prices from time to time.

Vouchers and Discount Codes
No discount vouchers or codes may be used on products that are on sale or priced to clear.  We will not honour any vouchers that are used on ANY sale products in any order.  If you have a selection of products in your order including sale items, we will manually update your order total to reflect the discount only coming off any full priced items in your cart.  

Anyone who uses a voucher on ANY sale products will have their order manually updated to the correct amount and will be charged the correct total before their order is shipped.  No exclusions unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and Freight Charges
Flat rate of $6.00 or $7.50 for rural addresses**

Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment, except where an ordered item is out of stock.

We keep our shipping costs as low as possible to the client so we use Castle Parcels to deliver your order. Freight costs for delivery within New Zealand are automatically added to your online order at the checkout.

Our shipping days are Monday-Friday and you will be sent a tracking number if you have ordered directly through the website, on the day your order is dispatched.  If you have ordered through one of our consultants, then your order tracking code will be sent directly to the consultant.

Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive.  If you are rural then you may need to allow extra time. 

Please note that it is your responsibility to inform us if the delivery of your ordered goods should be late, damaged or incorrect. Our contact details are found on the Contact Us Page.

** excludes trade customers, consultants and wholesale accounts who will be charged actual cost of freight at our discretion incl the shipping of potion and other heavy / bulky items.

Back Orders
We endeavour to keep our on-line shopping site as up to date as possible, however, sometimes we cannot accurately forecast customer demand. In the event that you order a product that is not in stock, we will notify you by phone or email. With regards to payment, if you are paying by credit card, you will not be charged for any products on backorder until they are dispatched to you. Your payment will be refunded promptly if you cancel your backorder.

Second Hand Nappies
If you choose to purchase TotsBots or Bambino Mio nappies second hand, we take no responsibility for the quality or the condition of the nappies regardless of age.  Nappies are a garment and will wear out over time, especially because they are washed more often than anything else you use on a daily basis.  The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser.  As with most things, if you choose to purchase product second hand that is at your own risk.

Nappy Return Guidelines
Definition of a fault: An unexpected defect in the product that will shorten the lifespan or performance of the product.

Our guarantee covers the following defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (Proof of purchase must be supplied – no exceptions):
  • Fabric flaws/defects (e.g. waterproofing, flaws in bamboo)
  • Sewing/workmanship defects (e.g. loose/missing stitching)
  • Popper faults (e.g. missing, broken or non-functional)
  • Elastic faults (e.g. failure – only when following care guidelines)
  • Hook and loop faults (e.g. tape not fastening, not cut correctly)
The guarantee does not cover damage caused to product by excessive laundering. For example; using harsh stain removers, boil washing, continually tumble drying at high temperatures, adding vinegar or sodium bicarbonate to the wash, or leaving the hook and loop tabs open.

Excessive laundering can reduce the lifespan and performance of the nappies by:
  • Destroying elastic
  • Causing fabric balding
  • Affecting the waterproof membrane
Please note: excessive laundering will render the customers guarantee void

The following issues are not rendered as a fault and are therefore not covered by the manufacturing guarantee:
  • Staining
  • Leaking
  • Poor fit
  • Smell
Please Note: Seconds are non-returnable. All sales are final on discontinued and clearance items. Discontinued items no longer available for sale on our site will not be accepted for return or exchange.

For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will replace the goods.

Refunds or Credit Notes: may be given for returns of unwashed, unused items in original condition returned within 30 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable condition. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.

Replacement: We will replace products that are deemed to be faulty (using the guidelines above) as long as they were purchased within the last 12 months. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.

Exchange of Un-used & Un-washed Products: All UN-USED, UNWORN and UNWASHED items may be exchanged for products of the same value within 30 days of purchase. Any item that appears to be worn or washed or smells like it has been used or washed in detergent will be returned to sender with no exchange. Our pre-authorisation is needed.

**We will require proof of the purchase date from New Zealand so keep your receipt.**

Purchasing Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the store's standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to someone via email.

How to Send Gift Vouchers
To send a Gift Voucher that you have purchased, you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following:
  • The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
  • The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
  • The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.) 
  • A short message which will appear in the email.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

Buying with Gift Vouchers
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Clicking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in your Gift Voucher Account for the future.

Redeeming Gift Vouchers
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher in two ways:

By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. you will then be requested to create an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be validated and added to your Gift Voucher account. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store
